Liquid Sunflower Lecithin is a viscous browncolored liquid naturally rich in phosphatidylcholine and essential fatty acids. Each serving of our sunflower lecithin contains 2100 mg of Phosphatidyl Choline and 1000mg of Omega6 fatty acids. This can be used as either a nutritional supplement or as a plantbased emulsifier in baking and other food items. Our Liquid Sunflower Lecithin is made using a mechanical, coldpressed, and solventfree extraction process. Sunflower lecithin is made by dehydrating a sunflower and separating it into three parts: oil, gum, and solids. The lecithin comes from the gum. It is processed through a cold press system like the one used to make olive oil. Suggested Use: Blend 1 tablespoon into milk, protein shakes, or vegetable juice.
