1. What This Notice Covers

A cookie is a small file that a website asks your browser to store on your device.

We also use technologies that work in similar ways, including:

  • local storage;
  • session storage;
  • pixels;
  • tags; and
  • software development kits (“SDKs”).

In this notice, we refer to these technologies collectively as “cookies” unless the context requires otherwise.

This notice explains which cookies supp.fit uses, why we use them, and the choices available to you.

It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

2. Your Choices

When you first visit supp.fit, we ask you whether you want to allow non-essential cookies.

Until you make a choice, we use only cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Services.

Analytics and advertising technologies are not loaded unless you consent to them.

If you accept non-essential cookies, we enable the categories you agreed to.

For Google services, we may use Google Consent Mode to communicate your consent choice. Where supported, we also use the consent controls provided by other vendors.

If you decline non-essential cookies, those technologies remain disabled.

You can change your choice at any time as described below.

Where we receive a supported Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal from your browser, we treat it as a request to disable non-essential advertising and tracking technologies and to exercise applicable opt-out rights.

3. Strictly Necessary Cookies

These technologies are necessary to operate supp.fit, authenticate users, maintain security, or remember your privacy choices.

They do not require consent where applicable law permits their use without consent.

Clarity may collect information about interactions such as:

Clarity may provide session recordings or replays that help us identify usability and technical problems.

We configure and use session-replay technology with the intention of avoiding collection of sensitive information entered into forms.

You should not enter unnecessary health or other sensitive information into Website fields where it is not required.

5. Advertising and Marketing

We may use advertising and marketing technologies to:

  • understand whether an advertisement led to a visit;

We do not intentionally provide health-related information to advertising providers for targeted advertising.

Vendor cookie names, functions, and retention periods may change over time.

supp.fit is a health and supplement-related service.

Because activity on the Website may reveal information about a person's health interests, we take a restrictive approach to non-essential tracking.

We do not intentionally send identifiable health information, AI prompts containing health information, supplement routines, health conditions, symptoms, medications, or similar Consumer Health Data to advertising providers for targeted advertising.

Analytics and advertising technologies must not be used to collect information from fields containing health-related information unless specifically configured and permitted under applicable law.

7. Changing Your Choice

You can change your cookie preferences at any time.

You may do so by:

  • using the Cookie Settings control available on supp.fit;
  • clearing supp.fit site data in your browser, after which we will ask for your preference again;
  • changing relevant browser or device privacy settings; or
  • enabling a supported Global Privacy Control signal.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred while your consent was valid.

Declining non-essential cookies does not disable cookies that are necessary to operate the Services.

8. Browser Controls

Most browsers allow you to:

  • view cookies;
  • delete cookies;
  • block cookies;
  • block third-party cookies; or
  • clear site data.

Blocking all cookies or site storage for supp.fit may prevent parts of the Services from functioning correctly and may sign you out.

Your browser's documentation contains instructions for managing cookies and other site storage.

9. The Mobile Application

The supp.fit mobile application does not rely on browser cookies in the same way as the Website.

The Application may use:

  • secure device storage;
  • authentication tokens;
  • device identifiers;
  • analytics SDKs; and
  • advertising or attribution identifiers,

depending on the features enabled and your privacy choices.

Where applicable, mobile analytics or advertising SDKs are subject to consent and device-level privacy controls.

On iOS, tracking subject to Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework will not occur unless the required permission has been obtained.

You can manage relevant permissions through your mobile device settings.

More information about how we process personal information through the Application is available in our Privacy Policy.

We may update this Cookie Notice when:

  • we add or remove a technology;
  • we add or remove a service provider;
  • a provider changes its technology;
  • our purposes for using a technology change; or
  • applicable legal requirements change.

We will update the Last updated date when we make changes.

Where required, we will ask you for consent again before using a new or materially different non-essential technology.
