Suggested use: SHAKE WELL. Can be taken straight or blended with non-heated foods or liquids. Start with ½ tablespoon (7.5 mL) (½ Serving) daily. After 2 weeks, increase serving to 1 tablespoon (15 mL) daily. Continue to increase servings in ½ tablespoon increments every 2 weeks until reaching a possible dosage of 1 tablespoon 3 times daily. Best taken with fat containing meal or snack.t Toddlers and smaller children may see the most benefits with 1 tablespoon once or twice daily.
