Supportive but not conclusive research shows that consumption of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. These small, easy-to-swallow capsules contain added vitamin D3, natural lemon flavor, and astaxanthin, a carotenoid antioxidant derived from freshwater microalgae (Haematococcus pluvialis).
