Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, take one lozenge tablet every two hours at the onset of symptoms. Adults 18 years and older, take one lozenge tablet six times daily for three days. Ages 14 to 18 years, take one lozenge tablet four times daily for three days. Swallow the ingredients as the lozenge melts in your mouth. Avoid taking on an empty stomach. Do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after use. Store in a cool, dry place.
