Trader Joe's Omega 3 Fatty Acids is among the so-called 'good fats' we should all be getting into our diets. And while all of TJ's omega-3s have been molecularly distilled to remove contaminants such as PCBs, mercury and other heavy metals, many people are bothered by a fishy aftertaste when they incorporate omega-3 softgels into their diets. This formation undergoes steam deodorization, a process that removes those elements which create the aftertaste, while leaving intact all the beneficial attributes of the fish oils which supply the omega-3s. Each softgel provides: 1200mg fish body oils, 400mg EPA, and 200mg DHA. Other ingredients: gelatin, glycerine, purified water, antioxidant blend. Fish oil derived from anchovies & sardines. Contains no yeast, sugar, or starch.
