This formulation is more potent than our previous formulation and delivers approximately 5400 mg of EPA and DHA in two teaspoons. This means that you can take LESS oil and get MORE benefit! Our recommendation of taking minimally 3500 mg a day remains the same. Our old Fish Oil delivered this in 2 teaspoons, which was still far superior to other oils on the market. We recommend that you take between 1-2 teaspoons a day of our new SO3 oil. This will deliver between 2700 - 5400mg. Do not use if you are using blood thinners such as coumadin without consulting your physician. This product is harvested from the sea and may contain small amounts of shell fish.
