Potassium Sorbate is the potassium salt of sorbic acid, a naturally derived preservative used widely in cosmetics, food and personal care products. Most effective at pH 3.5–5.0. Commonly paired with Sodium Benzoate for broad-spectrum preservation in natural formulations. Approved for use in certified organic cosmetics. Use level: 0.1–0.5%. For external use only.
