Suggested use: Adults: 4 Droppers (3 ml) full (60 drops) with water, juice, or liquid of your choice. If cleansing occurs (which is normal when you introduce beneficial bacteria to your digestive system) Reduce to 1-2 droppers full for a few days, then increase to a full dose. Children 1-3 years: One dropper (15 drops) daily 4-12 years: Two droppers (30 drops) daily with water, juice, liquid of your choice. For occasional distress, take additional dose as needed. If using water, use non-chlorinated for best results.
