Since Citrate Calcium is less dependent on stomach acid for obsorption (than calcium carbonate) this may be the better choice for people with decreased stomach acid or for older adults. Citrate Calcium is a form of Calcium found in citrus fruit. Each two tablets provides 333.4 mg. of readily assimilated Calcium. Includes Boron, Vitamins K & D, and Magnesium for best obsorption. This product is Gluten Free.
