Daily Nattokinase is a highly specialized substrate-specific fibrinolytic enzyme produced by fermentation of soybeans with Bacillus subtilis natto. Other enzymes have fibrinolytic activity, but only true nattokinase has been shown to be absorbed after oral ingestion as an active enzyme and to have physiological efficacy. Nattokinase is Kosher certified. One capsule provides Nattokinase 50 mg. (cellulose, Kosher, soy free, vegan) 60 vegetarian capsules per bottle. *Caution: Although nattokinase is a safe whole food extract, care should be taken when using it with blood-thinning medications and/or high doses of supplements known to act as blood thinners such as vitamin E and Gingko biloba.
