Esther, the founder of Your Healthy Fix, is a sports and fitness enthusiast herself and found it very difficult to find a range of vegan supplements to support her on her journey to better health, and when she did find them, they didn't taste very good. Plus, it seemed like any protein would bloat her belly and make her feel tired and flabby. And isn't that exactly what we want to avoid?! That's why she wanted to create protein powder that is not only good for you, but also tastes and feels good. Esther was struggling with digestive issues and came up with the idea of adding more to protein powders than just a protein and a flavour. She needed a protein powder with added digestive enzymes and fibre. The idea for the first Your healthy fix product was born!
