This is 44 points higher than the WHO's refernce point of 100 meaning that Protein 80+ is about as complete a spectrum of amino acids as you can get. This is acheived through it's blends of the four protein sources, whey, casein, complete milk and egg albumin. This also makes Protein 80+ very low in carbs and fat.
