UBIQUINOL-50 is a superior coenzyme Q10 product providing 50 mg of the stabilized reduced form of coenzyme Q10 (Kaneka Ubquinol QH) in a softgel capsule. In order to enhance absorbtion and stability (e.g., to prevent crystallization and oxidation) UBIQUINOL-50 includes D-limonene oil (emulsifier), caprylic acid, capric acid, and alpha-lipoic acid. In the human body, the primary function of CoQ10 is to allow the mitochondria to convert food metabolites from the digestive process into cellular energy.
