DIRECTION FOR USE: For Topical Use: Add small amount to your favorite serum, lotion or cream up to 2-5%. It will dissolve in it slowly. Apply sparingly; a pea-size amount is enough to cover your entire face. Apply sun scream, limit sun exposure. For Oral Use,as dietary supplement: Vitamin E-- take 350mg (1/8 tsp) to 510mg(scant 1/4 tsp), up to two times daily. Vitamin A-- take 50mg (1/64 tsp) to 100mg(scant 1/32 tsp), up to two times daily. Preferably with meal. Or consult your physician. Keep it in dry, cool and dark places.
