When they decided that they would be using LIFESHIELD and the other Life Priority products for the rest of their lives, they formed Life Priority. We wanted to feel as good as possible and to avoid illnesses!” Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement for adults only, take 1 serving (3 capsules) 3 or 4 times per day, immediately after meals and at bedtime. Do not take 4 servings (12 capsules) all at one time. Start with 1 capsule after each meal during the first week, increasing to 2 capsules after each meal the second week, and then 3 capsules after each meal the third week and thereafter. During the fourth week, and thereafter, you can take an optional 3 capsules at bedtime. Some people may have a problem with the niacin flush when taken on an empty stomach, and the potential for gastric upset is greater when taken on an empty stomach before bedtime.
