Easy to make Sea Moss Gel. It is recommended that adults consume 1-2 tablespoons daily. Rinse your sea moss thoroughly with spring water. Be sure to run your fingers through the sea moss to remove any trapped particles. Instructions: 1. Place the sea moss in a bowl and cover with fresh spring water. 2. Cover and refrigerate for 12-48 hours. 3. Pour off the water and give the sea moss another rinsing with spring water. 4. Place the sea moss in a blender and add 3/4-1 cup of fresh spring water. 5. Blend until desired texture is reached. 6. Place sea moss gel in an airtight, sterile container and refrigerator for up to 1-month.
