Daily's Boron: Boron is an easily absorbed, highly bioavailable trace element that is important for many systems in the body including bone and brain health. Although no recommended minimum dosages have yet been established, maximum dosages by age are as follows: 3 mg age 1-3, 6 mg age 4-8, 11 mg age 9-13, 17 mg age 15-18, and 20 mg for adults, as established by the Food and Nutrition Board. Daily boron slotted tablets contain 6 mg of boron (as citrate) and can be easily broken in half for a 3 mg dose if desired. One tablet provides Boron 6 mg.
