Leci Key is true lecithin granules derived from soybeans, which are naturally rich in choline and inositol. It consists of a minimum of 95% phosphatides, thereby surpassing the food chemical codex and NNFA Standards for Lecithin granules. Seven pounds of soybeans are needed to obtain approximately one tablespoonful of Leci Key. One tablespoonful of Leci Key provides nine times the amount of phosphatidyl Choline contained in one Carlson Lecithin Capsule. Leci Key is pleasant tasting and may be added to juice or sprinkled on foods such as cereals, salads, vegetables or meats.
