The chaga mushroom, commonly known as kabanoanatake in Japan or as Siberian reishi, is related to the reishi mushroom and grows in the wild on the birch family of trees such as white or Russian rock birch. It is said that only 1 out of 20,000 white birch trees has this mushroom growing on it. This extremely rare mushroom can be found only after searching all day in the mountains where you might be able to find only one. Chaga mushroom is found in the colder regions of Europe, Russia, Northern Japan, North Eastern China and parts of North America. Unlike any other common mushroom, chaga mushroom doesn’t have the typical cap at the top. It looks like a black mass and the surface is very hard like coal. These chaga tablets are made with powdered chaga only. Since it does not use any binding agents or emulsifiers, the shape of some of the tablets may uneven. However, this does not affect product quality. Please make sure to close the cap tightly after use and keep the container in a cool dark place. To avoid having the Chaga tablets stick to your teeth, it is highly recommended that you take them with water.
