Quest Omega 3 and 6 provides a balanced blend of the omega 6 fatty acids gamma linolenic acid (GLA) and linoleic acid (LA) from evening primrose and borage oils combined with omega 3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) from fish oil. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart.
