It also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. </P> <P> 1,000mg of Epigenar Calcium Ascorbate provides 900mg of ascorbic acid and 100mg of calcium. </P> <P> The recommended dietary calcium intake for adults is 1,000 to 1,200 mg/day. Total calcium intake should not exceed the tolerable upper intake level of 2,500 mg/day. </P>
