Hemp (Cannabis Sativa) is an annual dioecious plant. Cannabis root is rod, penetrates to a depth of 1.5-2 m. The bulk of the roots develops in the layer up to 40 cm. The stem is up straight, simple, less often branched, rounded below, hexagonal in the upper part, covered with glandular hairs. The leaves are long petiolate; the lower ones are palmate-complex. The lower leaves are opposite; the upper ones are alternately. Flowering begins in August - September. Flowers are unisexual. Male flowers are of the five type, greenish-yellow in color, with five stamens bearing long anthers with a large amount of pollen. Female flowers consist of a single-leaf cover, a pestle and two filiform stigmas.
