Per the manufacturer, generally "the oil previously carried a two year expiration from the date of manufacture. All of our oils are very stable and do not require refrigeration, even after opening. We do not believe our fermented oils are even capable of becoming rancid or going bad, due to the fermentation process which will continue over time. Refrigeration will slow this digestion."
