How to make: Boil half a teaspoon (2-3g) of Thuthuvalai Powder with 150ml of water for 5 minutes, filter and drink. Add salt and pepper to enhance the taste, if required. Take two times daily. It can be mixed with Rice, Rasam, Dosa batter, Thuvaiyal and Chutney.
