Oregano has a beneficial balsamic effect useful for promoting the fluidity of bronchial secretions. It also promotes digestive function, regular gastrointestinal motility and gas elimination. Suggestions for use: We recommend taking 1 scoop (10 ml) diluted in hot or cold water, one to three times a day at any time (10 to 30 ml a day); stir and sweeten to taste. If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day. Shake before use. Graduated measuring cup included in the package.
