Guarana performs a tonic action useful to counteract physical and mental fatigue, promotes the balance of body weight by stimulating metabolism, in particular by promoting that of lipids. Suggestions for use : We recommend taking 1 scoop (10 ml) diluted in hot or cold water, once or twice a day at any time (from 10 to 20 ml a day); stir and sweeten to taste. If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day. Shake before use. Graduated measuring cup included in the package.
